Are we doing enough?
The truth is that we do not present ourselves to the world as ideal versions of ourselves.

We are not all that we ought to be. Standing still and breathing isn't "enough." It's great to believe that simply existing is enough, but you know deep down that it's not true. Does a day of sitting, doing nothing, creating nothing, learning nothing feel like something? No.
Because being human entails overcoming obstacles. We weren't made to come into the world gleaming and flawless. We are given an empty blank slate that has been shaped and sculpted into the future version of ourselves.  Hammered and hardened in the same way that clay is hardened in a pot.
Shape yourself into the best form of the future you desire, don’t give up, and remember always to choose joy.

What are you doing differently this week? As for me, I want to walk 1 mile a day and maybe take swimming lessons. I can’t swim from here to there, how can a preacher of enjoyment become a doer? It’s by action!
I’ll let you guys know if I did the 1 mile a day activity, 5 miles for me this week is a hit.
Until next time, stay lit!
